•⁠ ⁠Kids are enrolled for the Academy coaching scheme from 1st or 15th of every month, subject to vacancy.
•⁠ ⁠Trainees joining in between will have to pay the full month fees and may avail all entitled hours of coaching within the month.
•⁠ ⁠The fees paid will be valid for the specific period only and not adjustable.
•⁠ ⁠Coaching session days / timing will be fixed by the Academy.
•⁠ ⁠Trainees must maintain discipline in the tennis court.

•⁠ ⁠Trainees must wear sports dress and tennis shoes only.
•⁠ ⁠The Academy is not responsible for any mishaps / injuries sustained by trainees during Academy coaching / drills.
•⁠ ⁠No make-up class is allowed. However, the Academy may consider subject to vacancy in other batches.
•⁠ ⁠The Academy coaching will be closed on specific holidays, which will be informed to trainees in advance.
•⁠ ⁠All Non Members are advised to use Tennis Court area only and not allowed to enter the University premise
